DELSO is also engaged in the manufacture of solid fertilisers produced by compaction. A unique process in Spain, with which we eliminate chemical waste and protect the environment. Other than using raw materials of the highest quality, its great versatility allows the elements needed in new fertilisation techniques, such as algae and bacteria, to be incorporated into the process. The production process is as follows:
DFINNOVA, a company belonging to DELSO, has a Biostimulant plant, where technological solutions for agriculture are produced. The facilities are located in La Charluca industrial estate in Calatayud, the birthplace of DELSO.
Thanks to three reactors, and two packaging lines with automatic filling and labelling systems, the plant can produce and package annually up to 4 million litres of different technological solutions to optimise production and profitability for farmers, such as Biostimulants, Conditioners, Technological Additives for fertilisers, etc.
The plant also produces technological solutions for the organic market, to which one of the plant’s reactors is specifically dedicated, in strict compliance with the stringent UNE standards for the field.
In fact, the production plant is a mirror that perfectly reflects DELSO’s commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment, as its manufacturing processes ensure zero landfilling and proper management of packaging.
Thanks to strict controls, the DFINNOVA Biostimulant and Nutritional Solutions Production Plant complies with ISO Quality, Labour and Environmental standards. In addition, it has a traceability system that offers consumers guarantees as to the origin of all raw materials and packaging used, and to the production and packaging processes.
This new plant, at the forefront of technology, also serves as a testing ground for the solutions developed by the Group’s R&D&I Centre, and for the ongoing assessment of improvement processes.
