Collaborations

People

Among other activities, DFGRUPO has the pleasure of collaborating for years with two non-profit associations that work devotedly to promote the integration of people with intellectual disabilities in employment. This commendable work results in greater self-esteem, independence and social integration for these people.

AMIBIL

Association of Relatives of Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

AMIBIL is an association of relatives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities that was founded in 1994 by a group of parents living in different parts of the Calatayud region who needed multidisciplinary services for the care of their children.

Some 232 people benefit from the activities of the association, which has been active for nearly 30 years. AMIBIL offers a centre for the comprehensive care of people with intellectual disabilities, with accommodation, maintenance and intervention services, which also functions as a day centre. It also provides leisure, recreation and sports services, family support and independent living support services. For this purpose, it has a Special Employment Centre (ADIBIL CEE S.L.) and a sports club for people with intellectual disabilities (INCLUSPORT).

AMAFI

Comprehensive Centre for the Mentally Disabled

Founded in Yepes (Toledo) in 1979, AMAFI is today one of the best-equipped and reputable centres in Castilla la Mancha. It provides a wide range of services (accommodation, training, leisure, healthcare, employment, etc.) on site to all of its beneficiaries and their families

The association carries out its social work in the direct care, rehabilitation and social and occupational integration of people with mental disabilities. It also supports and provides information and guidance to the families of these people. The aim of these services is to allow the users to lead a normal life, making them feel useful and capable of contributing to society like any other person
