With the Code of Ethics and Responsible Practices, the Group’s Board of Directors aims to give all employees guidance on the values and principles that underpin our business activities.
The Code is the highest internal standard for the Principles, Values and Behaviours that govern the exercise of our activity within the Group. The work, individual and collective, of all the members of the organisation shapes our corporate culture and is the key to a harmonious working environment and to the success of the company.
For us, it is especially important to respect the dignity of all persons who are part of DFGRUPO, its customers, suppliers and, in general, respect for the dignity of any person who has had, has or may have a relationship with the company.
DFGRUPO respects privacy, diversity (race, nationality, religion, age, sex, etc.), freedom (political opinion, affiliation, sexual orientation, etc.) and equal opportunities. All employees and collaborators have access to a Whistleblowing Hotline for reporting any malpractice detected, and, of course, retaliation is not permitted against anyone who reports a suspected breach of the code of ethics or current legislation.
DFGRUPO embraces environmental care as a
core principle of action. This commitment is demonstrated by our utmost
respect for current legislation and regulations on the environment and
pollution prevention, by the fact that we convey and promote good environmental practices
among all our employees, encouraging the rational use of natural resources,
and contributing, in short, to the development and well-being of our setting and
minimising the environmental impact of our activity.
Our Code of Ethics provides for measures against dishonest acts and fraudulent practices and, in particular, against those that run counter to our corporate values.
The Code explicitly states that our accounting records “must give a transparent, true and fair view of the company’s financial position, observing and following generally accepted accounting principles, and such information must be recorded in real time and without delay”.
