Sustainability

DFGRUPO contributes to the economic and social development of the regions where it has a presence, bringing value to the communities. It is of vital importance for the Group to achieve integration and create a positive impact on each local community, which is why it assesses the social and environmental impact of its activity to ensure respect for the local culture, norms and immediate environment at all times.

DFGRUPO creates value for society by collaborating with different entities, non-governmental organisations and local communities.

The Group implements its commitment to the development of the different regions through three lines of action: local collaboration; sponsorship, patronage and donation actions; and community dialogue.

DFGRUPO is firmly committed to contributing to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030. The SDGs, established by the United Nations in September 2015 as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, are primarily aimed at governments. However, DFGRUPO is well aware of the key role the private sector must play in order for these goals to be met and is committed to collaborating so that, together with all players concerned, they can be achieved.

Through its activity, DFGRUPO is contributing to fulfilling most of the SDGs. However, the company’s involvement is greatest in those specified below.
