In January 2025, Raúl Delso Hernández was appointed CEO and Managing Director of DFGRUPO, taking over from Carlos Delso who had held the position for the past 15 years.
We would like to thank Carlos for his management and leadership over this period. After a long and successful career in the Group, he is stepping down from day-to-day management to take over as Chairman of DFGRUPO.
Raúl Delso is taking over the new position after more than 25 years of different responsibilities in the Group. From his beginnings as Manager of Adubos Deiba in Portugal, he has developed his career in finance, purchasing, maritime and international logistics, industry or warehouse management, and has actively participated in trade with countries such as Angola or Morocco.
This change represents a new stage, in which the professionalism of our team, the commitment to our environment and the rest of the values that have made us what we are and where we are today will continue to prevail.
We congratulate Raúl on his new position, and he knows that he has the support of the whole company to continue leading DFGRUPO as a benchmark company in the fertiliser sector.
